Stone Production LineWe manufacture various equipments for whole set of stone production line, and provides superior technical service support for customers. The whole production line consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, etc. We design different production lines by combining different models of equipments to satisfy different customers technological requirements.1.Brief introduction of flow chart for stone production lineFirstly, stones are transferred to primary crusher throught vibrating feeder for first crushing, then the crushed materials are transferred to impact crusher through belt conveyor for recrushing. The materials crushed will be transferred to the vibrating screen, and separated to different specifications. Those sands with unsuitable size will be transferred to the impact crusher for recrushing.2.Brief introduction of characteristics for stone production lineThe production line is of high automaticity, adjustable final size, high crushing ratio, energy saving, high capacity, size of final product average, nice shape, suitable for various kinds of projects including road building, bridge building, etc.
