Digital electric screwdriver with an integrated electromagnetic shut-off clutch
Torque ranges between 0.6 - 5 Nm
The flexible, innovative screwdriver MINIMAT-ED with electromagnetic shut-off clutch makes versatile screwdriving effortless: Plug and Play!
The operator connects the screwdriver to the electricity supply using a highly flexible anti-kink tool cable via a power unit. The operator then presses a button on the screwdriver to choose the torque and required measurement units (Nm or in.lbs).
One look at the digital display on the device is enough ?the screwdriving can begin ?either by selecting trigger-start or push-to-start.
The ergonomic screwdriver has the high torque accuracy as is standard for the reliable control screwdrivers. Red and green LED lights immediately display the results of the assembly to the operator.
The product is password protected against unauthorized parameter changes. The integrated diagnostic functions such as motor tests in right and left rotation, tests of the switch function on the electronic clutch and signal monitoring all provide optimum processing assurance. Even the rotational direction can be set at the push of a button and is shown on an animated display directly on the screwdriver. The screwdriver provides every convenience needed for reliable operation.
Additionally the screwdriver also has the well-known standard features. This includes the body casing which is non-slip and kind to the skin with an ergonomic, angular shape which fits to the hand. A balancer hook is also included. The integrated quick change chuck makes tool changes easy.
The MINIMAT-ED can be used on voltage between 100 and 240 volts and for both left-hand and right-hand threads. The main rotational direction is optional; the screwdriver switches the torque between left and right and uses maximum loosening torque when turning in the opposite direction.
An additional bonus is the guarantee of the ESD feature, for use in the electrical industry.
