This device is for those SF6 apparatus and GIS composite apparatus. It can vacuum those apparatus, then fill SF6 gas. It can recover SF6 gas from those apparatus, and clean, compress and store into storage tank. It is comprised of recovering system, filling system, vacuuming system, purifying system and storing system.
