Purposes:The machine is mainly applied to electric powerm metallurgy, oil, chemical industry, mine, machinery, ships, railway, aviation and other various industries. It can conduct vacuum degassing & dewatering purification treatments and other treatments including decarburizing, decolorizing, adsorbing and regenerating for all kinds of waste mineral oil, emuslsified oil, lubricating oil, insulating oil, machine oil, hydraulic oil, etc.Technical characteristics:1)This machine has multiple functions which canbe operated together as well as separately, i.e., all the function can be chosen arbitrarily. The machine also possesses vacuum filling function.2)The machine applies both physical and chemical ways to realize that all the physicochemical indexes of the treated oil reach the national standards.3)The machine adopts technologies of both high-efficiency fluid flash evaporation and gamma electronic oil purification it can remove rapidly the moisture, gas, impurities and light hydrocarbonscontained in the oil to make sure no acetylene and nitrogen in the oil and achieve the state of gas-liquid-solid separation. The machine also applies high-efficiency polymer technologies including decarburizing, decolorizing, adsorbing and regenerating as well as uses high-efficiency polymer materials which can rapidly remove the unqualified acid and alkaline composition, uncombined carbon and decolorize to make the oil color back to orange or close to the new color and resume oil’s original color and characteristics.4)The machine uses West Germany’s special magnetic polymer filtering materials and sealing materials processing characteristics of corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance and good mechanical strength to meet the requirements of filtering precision and achieving highly viscous oil. Moreover, the filtering system enables automatic back-washing for many times, which consequently makes the continuous automatic back-washing applicable.5)The machine adopts German advanced trinity chain protection device and has functions of automatic infrared liquid level control and automatic temerature control.
