Diamond Dotted Gluing Insulation Paper: Its properties and uses: Diamond dotted gluing insulation paper uses epoxy resin compound as its adhesive, and electricity cable paper as its raw material which is printed with double diamond dotted glue DOT by a special equipment, and then roasted into roll until it is dry. This product is good in insulation and easy for processing. When heated, its glue will dissolve and agglutinate windings together with enough tension. It primarily uses as critical insulation materials for transformer, foil coil and lacquer-resistance coil of other electrical equipment. Using this kind of gluing paper for layer insulation can skip lacquer dipping process, save raw materials and energy, speed up heat dissipation of electrical equipment and extent the service life of electrical equipment.
