DXDK20CH Tea Bag Packing Machine Scope of applications: This machine is used in the medical, health-care, agricultural, and tea industries. It can also be used to pack Chinese medicine tablets, tea bags, or seeds. The three sided inner pack can be made of cotton filter paper, similar to a tea bag, or heat sealed material. The individual packs may then be put in the outer pack. It incorporates a cross deviation correction device with two directions of movement and an intelligent longitudinal photoelectric trademark positioning system with two modes, that uses pre-printed packaging materials. It can perform inner pack making with metering, filling, sealing, cutting, notching and counting (optional preset number) of the inner and outer packs with the stamping/printing of date/batch codes. The outer packs are sealed on all four sides.
