Our machine is suitable to produce the cardboard or chipboard boxes, such as shoe box, elegant gift box, jewellery box, Shirt box, strap boxes, puzzle game box and any two piece set-up boxes. Our machine has 5 parts: Paper Feeding Unit: To send the diecut paper one by one Gluing Unit: To glue the diecut paper on its face sufficient Cardboard Folding Unit: To produce the unwrapped box by sticking the four corners with PE tape. And then, the unwrapped box will be send to the Spotter Unit by conveyer belt. Spotter Unit: To position the unwrapped box and the diecut paper exactly. It was controlled by 3 servo motors and 3 digital fiber amplifiers. Wrapper Unit: To wrap the diecut paper on the unwrapped box. Then, the box finished.
