It adopts PLC programmable controller, photoelectric tracing system and touch-sensitive screen. The wrapped box is finished in one process. 8. Automatic trouble diagnosing. Our machine has 5 parts: Paper Feeding Unit: To send the diecut paper one by one Gluing Unit: To glue the diecut paper on its face sufficient Cardboard Folding Unit: To produce the unwrapped box by sticking the four corners with PE tape. And then, the unwrapped box will be send to the Spotter Unit by conveyer belt. Spotter Unit: To position the unwrapped box and the diecut paper exactly. It was controlled by 3 servo motors and 3 digital fiber amplifiers. Wrapper Unit: To wrap the diecut paper on the unwrapped box. Then, the box finished. No matter the quality of the finished boxes or the production speed, our machine is far more better than semi-machine or handmade working.
