The FXF type non-rotating stabilizer (rubber sleeve stabilizer )is a special tool in drilling to avoid blade wear and wall damage. During drilling, stabilizer transfer torque by depending on mandrel body, but rubber sleeve is sliding coordination which can be moved relatively, as a result, the sleeve plays a role of supporting of holewall.
