Application
The radial drilling machine Z3040×12A is a versatile machine with a wide range of applications. It has reasonable speed of revolution. It can be used on work pieces for drilling , expanding, reaming, spot-facing, tapping and other operation. It may be used in machine shops for serial production or single-piece production.
The features
1. The spindle speed and feed change are effected by their separate mechanical levers , and therefore easily and accurately controlled.
2. The drilling depth is controlled by the stroke-set cutting mechanism. The feed can be automatically and accurately stopped , and the stroke setting is accurate.
3. Mechanical clamping devices are the spindle box and the radial arm. The clamping is reliable and the maintenance is convenient.
4. The movement of spindle box and the rotation of radial arm are easy and agile.
5. The elevation of arm are secondary-driven by gears and feed screw nut. Only after the lever is in the disengages position, could the arm be raised or lowered. The operation is accurate and convenient.
6. Antifriction measures are adopted on the guide rails of radial arm, spindle sleeve and the roller guide surface of inner and outer rotation in order to prolong their service lives.
