Product Description PVC Wide Wood Plastic Foamed Plate Extrusion Machine Line XD Series PVC Wide Wood Plastic Foamed Plate Extrusion Line is mainly used for producing building moulding plate, wide door plate, cupboard plate, decorative materials indoors or outdoors. According to the different board section, the guest could choose different extruders, like parallel extruder or conical twin-screw extruder. And meanwhile, the other parts of the production line, like vacuum shaping and forming table, haul-off, transverse saw cutter, stacks could be selected according to the different extruder. The capacity of the main extruder is optional from 250kgs to 800kgs. The haul-off adopts the special up-down technology of our company, which leads the advantages of stable working, reliable, good haul-off strength. The vacuum shaping and forming table adopts special-designed enlargement vortex cooling system to meet the need of cooling the plate. The lateral direction saw cutter keeps synchronous with the haul-off machine by imported PLC controller, and it could assemble the swarf suction.
