Product Description XD series plastic pipe production line is mainly used in the production of the plastic PVC pipe with various diameters and wall thickness in the application of ariculture and construction water supplying & draining k, cable laying etc. They can produce different diameter PVC pipe from 20mm to 800mm, of course, depend on customer's special requirements, we can provide the single/double wall corrugate pipe production line, fibre strengten PVC soft pipe production line, etc. This line is composed of the conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum formplate, hauling machine, cutter, tipping rack, etc. The extruder and the hauling machine adopt advanced AC frequency conversion device, the vacuum pump and traction motor are also high quality. There are series hauling machines at customer's choice, such as 2-claws, 3-claws, 4-claws, 6-claws etc. Saw cutting or planetary cutting machine are open to customer's option.
