XPS Extrusion Sheet Line
XPS(Extruded Polystyrene) Board Line use GPPS (General Polystyrene) as material for making foam insulation material products. The XPS board has a closed-cell structure with smooth skin, and it's waterproof, moistureproof with compressive strength and fire-resistance. Now we adopt the newest technology the Max. capacity can reach 1,000kg/hour with 28kg/m3 density by 100% recycling material.
Now our new technology includes CO2 foaming system, Vacuum foaming system, Parallel Twin-screw extrusion system.
