This line is a compact and easy-to-operate single-screw extruder with a perfect cost performance ratio, is available in six sizes screw diameters of 30, 45, 65, 90, 120 and 150 for a performance rangse of 18 kg/h to 950 kg/h，It can produce the PE,PP,PPR,PB and PEX pipe, etc.The extruder guarantee highly stable production, Polymer granulate is melted in the processing unit. Under increasing pressure, all the material is gently melted and mixed to yield a completely homogenous melt.
This production line has production capacity of churning out φ16mm-φ160mm PPR pipe continuously with assembling the special high-speed single screw extruder,which is distinguishingly designes with co-extrusion die head,the production speed can reach 20m/min.
Applications: conveying the hot and cold water,central heating, and floor heating.
