Yijinhua’s plastic extrusion technology substantially contribute to help our customer to keeping cost under control, maximum ease of maintenance and efficient wear protection for barrel and screw elements ensure low maintenance expense. nitriding steel barrels are used, barrels made of composite materials are the ideal solution to satisfy the most stringent requirements in terms of wear protection. .The temperature control units and the electrical control equipment are all integrated into the extruder base frame. Wiring and pipework for the ancillary equipment is all done in the factory and checked before delivery, thus substantially reducing commissioning times on site.
