Work Principle：Creper Machine consists of rhombic roller which rotates in opposite direction, chassis and rotating system. Rubber blocks are pressed thin & flat, and removed water and sundries out by front and latter roller do the opposite movement. Rubber is to be granule shape, flat shape or alveolate shape after creping and kneading by different speed of front & latter rollers.The production line of nature rubber, which has a system consist of No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 Crepers are kept on creping rubber. Principal Roller is anti-cauterization and resistant-wear which is made of alloy casting. Creper has character of tight structure, high efficient dehydration, convenient feed, little noise and low power. Function：Creper Machine is used for washing and kneading the standard rubber, which need to dehydrate and remove sundries.
