At present the data of dynamometer card in the oilfields are received and processed by application, but data are difficult to be shared in the application, specially when failure occurs in the computer, data would lost, it would influence the normal operation in oilfields.In consideration of actual needs in the oilfields by repeadly demonstrating and testing, a computer browser is developed, by which a control software developed by our company is download, the control software is used to collect the data of the dynamometer card and transfer them to the data-base, in addition a candidate method is provided for selection, that is a series server is used to connect the dynamometer with the computer of production crew. Both methods can be used for data collection.The application of CGI server developed with Delphi is used to install the web server in the oil production plant; it function is to provide a calling interface to user browser, and based on the customer needs and content of database, a dynamic HTML page is generated and returned to the customers browser.A dynamometer data receival and transfer program developed with Delphi is used to install the database sever for real-time receiving the dynamometer data unloaded from users’browser and stoning them in the database. In the customerˊs terminal of oil-production plant, after the browser input address or click into the super-chain of page, enter into the landing page first and input correct username, you can operate the system as an manager.
