Because the liquide inside the drum is totaluu separated with the heating medium in the interlayer of the drum so that the drum can be heated and maintained at a temperature when it is stationary, or there is a few water and even no water in the drum. It is especically suitable for test at low ratio of liquids. As a result of that, color spot or chromatic difference can be eliminated completely. 2. Equipped with a frequency convertor and chain driving system, the drum is switched on and operated stably, featuring low noise, high transmission power and durable. 3The drum is equipped with PLC system so that it has the advantages of high automation, directe indication of operation parameters, simple & reliable operation and long life. 4The equipment has the timing functions of controlling total working cycle time, forward & backward rotations as well as single direction operation. The totle operation time, each forward and backward rotation time and the duration between forward and backward operation can be set up individually so that the drum can be operated continuously or intermittently. 5Equipped with PLC system, the drum can achieve automatic heating and temperature control with tolerance ± 1. 6The drum is equipped with a safety guard to protect operator from accident. 7The observation window is made of fully transparement, high-strength & thermostable toughened glass so that there is no such phenomenon as distortion or dimming. 8There is cleaning door and dreded trough so that wastewater can be dischargd into the trough that makes the operation site clean and meet the environment protection requirement.
