Structure Characteristics: 1. Mixing tank adopts structure of single-layer with sanitary material of ss304. As optional, stainless steel tank can be dual-layer with jacket and three-layer with heating and cooling jacket and insulation. 2. Materials are all sanitary stainless steel. As option, it is can be ss304 or ss316 which are all food grade. 3. Humanized structure design and easy to operate. Transition area of interior wall on tank adopts arc for transition to ensure no dead corner of sanitation. The inner shell of vessel will be 3A Polish(mirror Polish) for easy cleaning. The outer shell will be 2B Polish( satin Polish) for beauty appearance. 4. As to the agitator, it is paddle design. As to the motor, it is ABB. As to option, it can be SEW or Siemens. 5. As to the bottom, it can be conical for easy liquid out. 6. We also equip the tank with control panel. It will be used for control the speed, temperature displaying and so on.
