We are able to manufacture vessels reaching sanitary level. The manufacture operation of food and pharmacy device is performed on the dedicated workshop and platform which are covered with industrial felt rubber. We use specialized process to control the good surface quality of devices, from the purchasing of raw material to finished product. With full-automatic polishing machine, we process polishing on the inner and outer surface of devices and protect them with plastic membrane, as well as sand blasting and matte treatment. The manufacture of thin wall vessel is a unique technique of QS. We have multitudinously produced thin wall vessels with volume of at least 20m3 and thickness of less than 2mm with the equal quality level to American products which are extensively applied to brewing, pharmacy, food, domestic chemical, beverage and other industries.
