With an induction furnace 1500 mm lengthed, a tempering of the same quality as that obtained in a conventional furnace much larger in size can be obtained.
Coupled to the outlet of an induction hardening installation, the tempering furnace completes the full heat treatment of the axes, all in a fully automatic process.
An installation equipped with a 50 KW transistors generator handles over 300 parts per hour.
