The machines are manual load type and automatic extraction in which the operator introduces manually the bar to be heated and once made the heating, he extracts it.
Usually, these machines are equipped with a two or three holes inductor and an induction generator power from 50 to 200 kW.
The maximum productions that can be obtained with these machines are about 300 parts/hour, based on the bar diameter, the induction generator power with which it is fitted and the load and unload times.
