These installations are irreplaceable in the induction heat-treatment plants, for applications numerous, thanks to their big inconstancy; various hardening zones could settle in the same part with a big precision.
During the hardening process, the part promotion movement is performed through a pusher, activated by the continuous current and numerically controlled: introduced part turns, in support on the rotation rollers realizing an homogeneous scanning hardening, on all the surface to be hardened.
In the SCE installations, the parts are automatically hardened, the parameters treatment system oversees the operation. This warranties an accurate, repetitive and controlled quality.
SCE equipments can be fitted with load and unload devices, facilitating their insertion in automatic manufacture line.
