This serie of machines FU-3 type has been specifically developed for its application in forging installations.
It is designed for bar end heating (screws, tie rods, bolts, pins, etc.) with medium series, as much as ferrous as non-ferrous materials.
The machines are semiautomatic version, where the operator positionates manually the bar to be heated and once performed the heating process, he withdraws it.
These machines are normally equipped with an induction generator of 25-100 KW power.
The maximum production to be reached with this type of machines is about 600/700 parts/hour, depending on the diameters of bars and the power of the induction generator.
