Model ST series fully automatic outside brushing machine is an affiliated production facility for three or five-gallon barrel packing production lines. For 5-gallon barrels, this set is able to brush barrels, suitable for production. It is for mineral internal mineralization of water-induced sedimentation and algae material. Barrels are on the bottom of the platform, with external and internal-off several parts, significantly enhancing effectiveness of cleansing, greatly reducing secondary pollution and operating labor intensity. The overall production line is made of high quality stainless steel for corrosion resistance. Siemens major electrical units are used, Omron products and original AirTAC products are adopted. The construction of the machine is compact, with high working efficiency, stable and reliable operation and high automation level.
