1) The line is much intelligent for running, especially on the complete recylce line. Without this aspect, the operator have to load and discharge the H-beam by overhead crane all the time, which would take more efforts and time. 2) There are 16 trolleys on the complete line to maintain the smooth running. What is more, we have to consider the driving method to the trolleys. Beacuse the painting chamber and drying chamber must avoide anything ignite explosion. So the electricity is forbidden in the two places. It determines the special way of driving unit for the 16 trolleys. Our design is using the principle of rack and wheels to drive, which assures the safety for the machine running. 3) Traditional design means you have to spend much time and energy for the H-beam loading and discharging. While you could avoide all this trouble if you select the current design.
