SiRiUS E has a 800 mm measuring range, very stable rotary table made of ribbed gray cast iron. The table is lifted and lowered by an integrated clamping cylinder pneumatically. The crown geared Hirth ring pair with 6° pitch serves for micrometer precise positioning.
