Frame : frame is robust fabricated steel construction of rigid and interlock design. It is strain - free supports the ram and bed against undesired deflection under permissible loading condition.
Clutch & revolving key clutch linked with brake : Main gear engages every time when the foot pedal is pressed drive provided through v belts and all the journals are fitted in gun metal, bearing spring operated powerful heavy duty breaks are of release type. It is operated by a cam.
Variable Stroke : the variable stroke feature enables the press to meet all kinds of operations by employing short strokes for blanking and drawing operation of changing the stroke can be effected in less than a minute.
Inclinable Mechanism : City inclinable mechanism is sufficiently high above the glare to be manually operated easily. Convently safety for standing position, frame pilot positioned well so height of press is not changed.
