| The new Reduced Size MMC (RS-MMC) will store the same high-density data for mobile phones in a form factor of approximately half of the standard MMC card. It is compatible with the conventional MMC and SD cards. World's smallest and lightest flash card, the RS-MMC has the same 1.4 mm thickness as a MultiMedia Card, as well as approximately half the weight of 0.8g. The size advantages also enable the cards to be used as ultra-compact built-in memory modules that can be easily added or replaced. |
