Using high-speed inkjet head, DOSUN engraver can works both at nomal speed of 10 MIN. /m2and enhanced speed of 6-8 MIN. /m2 with blank jump function. The inkjet head has seven nozzle groups, three of them in use and four in spare when the machine runs, if the using nozzle clogged, the spare nozzle will come to work. It enable the inkjet head to work longer. DOSUN static ink-supply systemis almost exempt from maintenance, and provides a stable ink input-pressure to inkjet head. So the engraver is more convenient in operation and finer in quality of image. The scan motion (both X and Y motion) applied with servo control technique can works at high precision state and will not lose the precision forever. So, the machine can engraved both fine line design and smooth half-tone design. DOSUN screen fixing system insure the inkjet head focus unchanged, this avoid the danger that inkjet head come into contact with screen.
