This gas fired continuous type annealing furnace is specially designed for annealing treatment of cylinder block after casted into shape. It has high thermal efficiency (remain temperature of hot casted cylinder block is 300~400º C), and energy saving. Compare with traditional annealing furnace, it can save energy about 30%~40%. Equipped with most advanced automatic control system, the equipment is easy for operation, only 1~2 operators are required during normal production. Centralizing control room and PC control system is designed with this production line. Man-machine interface enable operator can be easy to control the whole equipment. Technical parameter can be edited, revised, stored in PC. It has perfect self diagnosis, self inspection and failure alarm function. Cylinder blocks are loaded on trolley by robot; Horizontal transfer trolley delivers cylinder blocks to feeding position before annealing furnace; Annealing furnace door open; Pushing machine pushes trolley and workpieces inside of annealing furnace chamber; Annealing furnace door close, start to heating and ageing, Workpieces cooled inside of furnace chamber; Back door open; Pulling machine pulls workpieces and trolley out of furnace chamber; Back door close; Horizontal moving bogie forwards moves to feeding position of slow cooling zone; Door of slow cooling chamber open; Trolley and cylinder block are pushed inside of slow cooling chamber; Door of slow cooling chamber close, and start to forced cooling; Discharge cylinder block; Separate empty trolley; Scratch sand on empty trolley; Empty trolley is delivered to lateral moving bogie by pushing machine; Cylinder blocks are loaded on trolley; And waiting next cycle.
