Working principle: The fine powder material shall be continuously mixed, particalized, spheroidized and compacted in the plant by mechanical stiring force and aerodynamic force produced by stiring force to complete the process of granulation.The shape of end products is spherical.The degree of spheroid is 0.7dia of the particals is from 0.3 to 3.0mmrate of end products is 80%The dia. of the particle can be changed properly by means of adjusting the wetness of material or rotating speed of the main shaft. Generaly speaking, lower moisture and higher rotating speed, less grain size. Applied scope: This plant is especialy applied to the material with light mass and fine powder. Finer the basic partical,higher the degree quality of spheroid and quality.The requird particle size before granulation must less than 300 eyes.Typical applied material:Carbon,White Carbon,Pottery Clay,Kaolin,Urea Formaldehyde,Molecular Sieve, Calcium Carbonate,and etc.Main merits:This plant possess the property that the distribution of particle size is much more concentrated and is more easy to deal with than the nature-gathering plant. High Effeciency,easy to fit the requirment of large scale of production. There is no end particle with sharp angle,so powderlization rate is extremely low.
