Operational principleThe rotating axes system of this machine consists of outer shaft system and inner shaft system, and both of the two shaft systems rotate synchronistically. While rotating synchronistically with the outer shaft system, the inner shaft system can also move a distance of a drum along the axial direction. The outer shaft system is connected to the drum without filtration pore and its axial direction is fixed; the hollow filtration laminas are scattered uniformly in the annular area close to the inner wall of the drum, spokewise, and it is connected to the inner shaft system which can move in the axial direction via the fore and back baffles, on the surface of the filtration laminas is enwrapped the filtration medium. During filtration separation, different from the traditional filtration series centrifugal machine, the liquid phase of this machine doesnt need to penetrate the solid filter cake in the radial direction, but penetrates the built-in filtration medium in the filter cake layers along the closest path with the minimal filtration resistance under the action of centrifugal force into the hollow filtration laminas and is led to liquor drainage holes at the bottom circumference of drum to vent out, the solid phase is held back by the filtration lamina at the fan-shaped area between the filtration laminas ( refer to figure 1 and 2) to form filter cake. When unloading, the rotate speed of the rotating axes system is reduced to the specified lower rotate speed, the inner shaft system pushes forward in the axial direction while synchronistically rotating, making the filter cakes scattered in each fan-shaped area expel from drum (refer to fig. 3). Then the inner shaft system retracts along the axial direction and is fastened tightly, and enters the next circle after raising speed.
