The products, known as "China Best Liners", were invented by Mr. Chen Chang-shun, senior engineer and general manager of the company (patent Number: 9201378?897206916?X). They are installed with boltless high stiffness plates and tough alloy riveting plates, making use of the action of working mill balls of mils to get self-fastened. Therefore, the whole liners can be strengthened. As a result, good stability and reliability of high stiffness liners with low toughness may be guaranteed, mills can be in the best working conditions. COMBINED SELF-FASTENED (BOLTLESS) MARTENSITE DUCTILE IRON LINERS They are new products in the series of Chens liners and are substitutes, valuable but cheaper, for high manganese steel, which are designed to achieve the maximum econominc benefits. Their wear-resistant properties are twice as much as those of high manganese steel and over 1.2 those of low alloy steel .HRc: 52-60 ak: 6-15j. The advantages are boltless ,no leakage of powder, no repairs during working periods and noise reduction.
