It has an excellent self-sharpening feature and its thermal stable temperature can be up to 1100?C.The product can be used as the gage protection or cutting elements of drilling bits.*Polycrystalline Diamond Compact (PDC)Our PDC products are made from diamond and carbide by sintering under high temperature and high pressure, and therefore have excellent wearability and impact toughness. The products are mainly used as cutting elements of oil-well drilling bits, which are suitable for use in soft to medium hard formations. They can also be used as cutting tools for machining non-ferrous metal and non-metallic materials. Products of every size under 19.05mm (diameter) are available and special-sized PDC can also be made by brazing or EDM wire cutting process.Dome PDC cutter, our newly-developed product, is made up of polycrystalline diamond layer and carbide substrate with domed crown. The product can be used as the gage protection or cutting elements of roller bits, suitable for drilling the formations with higher abrasiveness.
