This production line application PLC carries on procedure controls and realizes synchronization towing the mechanical and electrical functions. All technical parameters can be set up and shown on the touch screen. Production can be monitored and the order name can be fixed in the input menu. Every time the entire production line can be set up according to primary pipe specifications along with production speed. The cutting function can be voluntarily fixed and pattern head temperature is controlled by an imported intelligent temperature control that doesn't deviate within more or less then 1 degree Celsius.
