SYSC-A series full automatic solar laminator consist of 4 stages: A, B, C D. Stage. Stage A is loading system, Stage B is the main machine, Stage C is temperature holding system, Stage D is unloading and cooling system. The parameter can be set according to different requirement of amorphous silicon solar module. The feature is vacuum is controllable and the temperature controlled on multi-point. 3. Main feature and advantage 3.1Adopt Siemens S7-300PLC, Siemens RACK industrial control computer and frequency inverter compatible with automatization and informazation of PV enterprise. 3.2Install upper chamber heating system on main machine, reduce the temperature difference on the upper surface and the lower surface at the beginning of laminating. The temperature preservation stage adopt aluminium heating plate, use temperature controller to regulate the temperature on heat conductiong board between 40-100, and the temperature can decline in the range.
