Ultrafine grinding mill is a new type of ultrafine powder making machine with high efficient and low cost features. It is designed based on 15 years mill manufacture experience, through sufficient investigations, research and test and absorbing the mill advantages in this field. It has advanced technology which can replace other traditional grinding machines. Features High efficiency At the status of the same finish fineness and power, its production capacity per hour is twice as much as other jet mill, mixing grinder and ball mill. Long lifecycle of spare parts The ring and roller are forged by special material with high utilization. Under same grinding material and finish fineness, the spare parts' useful life usually is one year, which is 2-3 times longer than impact mill and turbo mill. The service time can reach 2-5 years if grinding carbonate. Security and reliability There are no rolling bearings and bolts in grinding cavity, so there are no problems caused by bolts shedding or wear of bearings and seal components High fineness and flexible adjustment The final product fineness can be adjusted between 250 meshes and 2500 meshes, and the product fineness can reach D97≤ 5μ M. Environment friendly The application of pulse deduster and muffler alleviate the dust pollution and noise. Application Ultrafine Mill is equipment producing micro powders and ultrafine powders. It is mainly applied to mill non-inflammable, non-explosive and brittle materials with Mohs hardness under six. Such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, kaolin, gypsum, etc., totally more than 100 kinds material. Production Line Configuration The whole set Ultrafine Mill consists of hammer crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, vibrating feeder, main unit, inverter classifier, cyclone collector, pulse deduster system, high pressure positive blower, air compressors and electrical control systems. Working Principle Reducer assists the electromotor to drive the main bearing and each dial. Meanwhile, plunger will help dial drive the rollers which are rolling in the ring. Hammer crusher will crush the big materials into small ones, then the elevator will send them to the hopper. After that, the electromagnetic vibrating feeder and feeding pipe will send the materials to the middle of first dial evenly. The materials will be driven to the edge of dial by centrifugal force and fall down into the ring, crushed and grinded by roller, and become powder after production of three rings. The high pressure centrifugal blower will inhale air from outside and blow the crushed materials to classifier. The rotating turbo in the powder concentrator will make the coarse materials return to the mill and reground, while the fineness will mix with the air and go into the cyclone and be discharged in the discharge bin, which is at the bottom of it. The air, which mixed with very little fineness, will be purified by impulse duster and discharged by blower and muffler.
