{ 1 } High rigidity and stability configuration :
1. Stable C-shaped structure through FEA makes rigidity of machine bed better. Sufficient heat-balance consideration assures high precision realized.
2. Wide bed of cast iron with high intension used the closed triangle reinforce to assure machine with stable and tough base .
3. Working table is equipped marble material which is hard to rust, erosion and distortion, can keep the stability for long time.
4. Large-scaled axis of U, V and Z which used the large cast and ball-screw and linear guideway with high rigidity, is installed on the vertical shaft of high rigidity. The linear guideway is installed inside of horizontal surface to keep the pressing stress and assure stability. Machining precision also can be assured completely even if the machine works under the condition of high tension of electrode wire and high pressure water machining.
5. High AC servo motor with torsion movement drives ball-screw directly, which makes driving system with high response and track availably.
6. Wire traveling system which uses the method of wire wrapping on panel assures operate easily. By permanent tension control and all kinds of way such as using high quality torsion movement motor and clutch of magnetic powder assured wire traveling stably.

(2) Detailed operation instruction and machining warning information:
The machine condition is held at any time. A lot of figure-illustration, explanation of instant on-line and warning are provided. It can get the corresponding machining condition what you need from machining data automatically through detailed operating instruction and inputting wire diameter of machining, material and workpiece thickness and cutting time. Simple 40 keys including various functions which exempt vast and complex key learning can help master each function and operation easily.

(3) UNIT design
Super large-scaled circuits are completely designed by UNIT to decrease malfunction rate. Each interface of unit which has malfunction output and light code display, makes maintenance more quickly and conveniently.

(4) Method of control
1. Driving control uses advanced and half-integrated servo control which means the controller signal controls towards the back of driver directly to improve the response of servo system.
2. All the setting and parameters required by all axis direction control are set automatically, also can be set on the screen to exempt setting parameter troublesome from driver.
