Closed-loop series machine body is made from high strength ductile cast iron, and it is box structure designed with ribbing on the wall, ensure high rigidity and strength. The cross-table consist of high precision ball screw, high precision linear guide, and with digital readout closed-loop control system fixed in X-Y axes , it increases the cutting and positioning accuracy. Numerical control system not only realize intelligent multi cutting function, also with rich specialist data-base, upon receiving the machining requirements, the system can automatically execute rough-medium-fine machining, get the same result as the Slow-Wire- Cut machine.
