The CUT 1000+F™ is the result of careful review of the requirements of our most discriminating customers. Engineered from the ground up for maximum accuracy, the CUT 1000 incorporates compact monoblock construction, vibration dampening, robust components, wire guides close to the workzone, separation of the X and Y Axis, and patented thermal control of all sources of heat. With fine wire (+F) capacity down to .0008", the machine is in a class all it's own when the finest accuracies using the finest wires are required. The OilTech version uses dielectric oil to prevent corrosion during long erosion conditions, thus providing the best surface integrity with no electrolysis effect.
