KT-5AX 5-axis Industrial Profile Machining Center
1. This cnc machine is suitable for processing of drilling, tapping, milling on materials of aluminum, steel and light-alloys.
2. Adopting 5-axis CNC system to ensure the electro-spindle tilting and rotating at different radius, so as to offer processing on five different sides of the profile.
3. The basement is made by electric welded steel, and it supports the mobile carriage that holds the electro-spindle and the rack.
4. Mobile carriage with full protection has been designed with monolithic structure entirely made by electric welded steel milled and drilled by CNC machines.
5. The X-axis is generated from the shifting of the mobile carriage on the machine basement. Both slides are made of electric welded steel milled and drilled by CNC machinesAxis Y and vertical axis Z are running on guides provided with rolling tracks for the grinded balls that allow accurate positioning and high precision.
6. The AxisA of this cnc machine can swing between+120°and -120°for arbitrary processing, axis C can swing between +213°and -213°for arbitrary processing.
