We have a big welding consumables factory with 20-years-old history. Has more than 20 lines to produce nearly 10, 000 tons of various wielding consumables yearly, including welding rods, welding wire, liner and extending powder for welding. It has tens of experts and engineers with senior titles or other, some of whom are enjoying the State Council's allowance. It is equipped with complete testing, production and inspection equipment, strict techniques and choice material. It adopts ERP, PDM, OA and HR software platform to control process and enhance quality and management. Since 1981, most of welding consumables have passed the certification of CCS, LR, ABS, GL, DNV, NK, BV, and KR, etc. Factory mainly produces flux-cored wire, solid-cored wire, stainless welding rods, iron powder electrodes, alloy steels, resurfacing welding and other welding consumables for customers' special needs.
