Name: Pneumatic vacuum conveyor Description: Working principles: Vacuum pump generates a vacuum in the mid conveying container, bulk material be suctioned to the container through hose. Reach to the preset time, scavenging air valve works, materials be discharged to the silo from the mid conveying container. Inside the mid conveying container there's a filter module separates air and product. The conveyed material is kept and collected in the mid conveying container. The vacuum pump switches off till the silo is filled with materials. After unloading the materials from the silo to a certain level, the whole conveying cycle starts again. Advantages: 1. The vacuum pump vents airflow that can auto-clean acuumulative materials on percolartor, and the blow-out airflow are inhaled by the vacuum pump. Keeping inside airflow enclose cycle, and no powder overflowing. 2. The airflow pass through the air change valve, in a state of operation the vacuum pump completes suction material and taking material. It improves greatly work efficiency and avoids malfunction as a result of electromechanical frequency startup. 3.
