1. General Brief This proposal is made on the basis of assumed site condition without either field visits or sufficient information. The formal quotation and technical document will be supplied after making on-spot investigation and obtaining necessary fundamental information. This proposal covers a complete set of equipment, the supply scope is determined by the Seller, starting from limestone crushing to the cement packing. All main equipment in this proposal is modern and proven design and some part of them will be associated in licence with renowned manufactures in the world. 2. Scope of Works The scope of works is presumed, which can be changed at the request of the Buyer. 2.1 Scope of Works by the Seller The Seller shall be responsible for the performance of the works, which shall consist of the following. 2.1.1 Performance of basic and detailed design of process, civil works, machinery, electricity, instrumentation, water supply and drainage system within the plant.
