You can tests our quality by cooking pasta for 12 minutes (as compare to 7 to 8 minutes, normally) then put it in refrigerator for one day. Next day, cook it again and when served you will realize that our pasta is still "al dente". Do the same with other products and see the difference!2. CERTIFICATES: Factories have been documented both the product quality and system quality K-Q TSE-ISO-EN 9002 Quality System Certificate which is EU recognized standards. We also have Export ID , Radiation Certificate and Halal Certificate. We are about to finish and get our HACCP Certificate certificate hopefully in a few month. 3. PASTA SHAPES: Please refer to the attached pasta shapes which can be supplied under the guarantee of TSE (Turkish Standards Institutions). Other shapes of pasta (shapes which are not listed in the document) can be produced upon request in remarkable quantities for private label.4. PACKAGING: Our standard packets are 300 gr., 500 gr., 5 kg., 10 kg. and 35 kg. nylon bags. But, we can supply all packaging types of 400 or 450 gr. packaging, which will increase the cost a little bit. Our food products cover all the labeling requirements on Arabic and English language. Arabic, Turkish, Finnish/Swedish and English texts are used for the following details printed on labels: Product Name, Ingredients, Weight, Country of Origin, Production/Expiry dates are printed on the original packs and no stickers attached on packs.For your information, spaghetti (long cut pasta) are loaded into a 20 FCL, including NET 25 mton spaghetti (500 g.* 20 packs in a carton (=10 kg) box. It means 2.500 carton boxes in a 20 FCL, in other words 50.000 packs (500 gr.) of spaghetti inside the container.But, macaroni (short cut pasta such as elbow, fusilli and penne rigate, ditaloni etc.) should be loaded into a 40 or 40 HQ container so that it will be advantageous for the buyer. If you plan to buy assorted shipment, please bear in mind that because the dimensions of nylon packs and carton boxes are different, we need to know NET quantity of each shape to load into a 40 container. Depending on these quantities, we can calculate max how many boxes can be loaded into a 40 or 40 HQ container. Then we can quote per carton or mtone on CNF basis. In short, the max load changes depending on the shapes which will be selected by your side. If single type is loaded to a container, then there is not any problem to quote on CNF basis because we know the NET quantities fit into a container.6. PAYMENT: Irrevocable L/C is acceptable.7.
