Youngwoo Frozen Foods Co., Ltd. was founded in 1980 in Seoul with the objective of manufacturing and selling agricultural goods. We moved to our newly constructed Jee-Rhee Mountain plant in 1986. We are the OEM producer of well-known products such as HaiTai's GoHyang dumpling and icing. In 1994, we started producing soft drinks, which were characterized by their high quality and economical pricing. We produced these drinks for both as OEM products as well as for our own brand, which were sold through large distributors and department stores. This has allowed us to solidify our position as one of the leading manufacturers in the soft-drink industry. In 1995, with import of the newest noodle-making equipment from Japan's TOM company and a technical tie-up with Japan's lkaedadoka company, we are now able to research and produce a variety of different noodles, noodle sauces and traditional udons.
