References available and track record doing this job. We also provide U.S. FDA Prior Notice services whereby your exported food is allowed to pass into the United States after Prior Notice is furnished to U.S. Government. Food facilities not having FDA registered and appointed the U.S. regulatory Agent before Dec., 2003, will have their shipments stopped at U.S. ports. Same for failure to secure Prior Notice & Confirmation. |
