The resin molding product line which was imported from Italy can produce the bolster, side frame, buffer and coupler etc for the railway wagon. The Silicon Sol Production Line can produce precise casting parts of CT3 to CT6, surface roughness from Ra 1.6 to Ra 6.3, and weight from 5g to 8,000g. The annual casting output can reach 40,000 tons; which made the company become very important special steel and casting production base of the State. After the two static presses molding line put into production, the capability of casting can reach 60,000 tons.
