Dry Extrusion Granulation Machine (LGJ)

A. Operating Principle of LGJ Dry Extrusion Granulation Machine: Dry powder materials with certain amount of crystal water or tiny crystal materials are extruded into flakes and on the basis of the needs of the customers. Adjust the pressures of the Oil cylinder above the feeding screw so as to create a pre-extruded pressure, and then put raw materials in the hopper, which are propelled to the two bite angles of the two extrusion rollers as conveyed and compressed by the feeding screw. Density of the powder materials increases in germination in this process. Compress the raw materials into slices with horizontal extrusion roller whose patterns of surfaces (For example, even surfaces or surfaces with flowers, etc) and speed (The length of time when raw materials are laid out in the extruding areas depends on the speed of extrusion) vary with the characteristics of the materials. The pressures for the extrusion of raw materials are linearly transmitted into the extrusion roller through hydraulic equipment which maintains a proper pre-extruded pressure. The extruders are arranged in the same line so as to assure the density consistency of raw materials. The size and number of screen cloth of the granulation equipment can be replaced according to the specific requirements of the particles. B. Advantages of Dry Extrusion Granulation: The powder materials are directly made into granulated products as required by customers. No agents or additives are used in the production. Meanwhile, the granulated particles are of the same size and the stacking density is increased, thus improving the liquidity of particles. It avoids the rising of dusts, reduces the waste of materials, and brings convenience for the storage and transportation; Meanwhile, the solubility, porosity and specific surface area are easily controlled. C. Scope of application: Pharmaceutical Industry Dry Extrusion Granulation can be used in the production of particles for medical use, particles for traditional Chinese medicine, granules to fill antibiotic capsules, granules of anti-biotic materials that are directly injected into the body, granules of pharmaceuticals for animals and medicament to dialyze powder.
